The elevator doors were noticeably dirty, which suggests that key areas are being overlooked. As someone with cleaning experience, I find this well below acceptable standards. Addressing basic maintenance, such as repainting the doors, would make a significant difference."

"A coffee machine was available in the lobby. I left at 3am to beat traffic in Washington DC. It was exceptionally convenient that the staff directed me to the machine to fill my travel carafe the night before. Clean, comfortable. Fridge was available and turned on in order to recharge cooler ice packs and store food. I put a chair to block the direct airflow from the air conditioning unit. Best snowbird stay yet (Florida to New England)."

"Honestly, that hotel looks abandoned. The reception area is empty, the atmosphere feels heavy, and it is pitch black inside. The parking lot was nearly empty, and there were numerous cigarette and marijuana butts at the entrance. Honestly, I trust the app, but I do recommend doing a better job of verifying the current status of these establishments; many of them look nothing like their photos. The upside was that I requested a refund, and the support team handled it with great care and professionalism. 🙏"
