"Property is spacious and clean. Very well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Resort has a nice padel and tennis court which can be booked online. Kids have a small play area as well and hotel organizes few activities for elementary school kids. Rooms are decent in size. Well maintained again. Restaurant - caters mainly to non veg guests and are flexible in arranging veg options. They can keep some more basic veg options both in breakfast and ala carte menu."

"The private onsen facility was exceptional; however, its limited availability to a single use per stay was a notable drawback. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit."
