"There was so much to like about the Akasha. The only negative was that the doors to the bedrooms didn’t close properly (lots of space around the top, bottom and sides) resulting in mozzies in the room and my daughter was bitten a lot. However, when we raised this to the staff they sprayed our room frequently, put in extra mozzie repellant and went out of their way to check on us. On to the positives. "The villa was spacious and nicely decorated. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had bathrooms but the lack of en-suite for one of the upstairs rooms made the configuration a bit tricky with kids. Staff were friendly but communication wasn’t great with confusion around our booking and room requirements. Pool areas need a revamp - lots of loose and broken tiles. A little tired but overall well appointed and had an authentic Balinese feel. Pretty good value for money. "
