"Good location"

"I loved this resort. Plenty of pool lounges. Great restaurant/buffet area. Right on the beach. Perfectly clean rooms. You will likely find you need to take bike to get to the trendy places for dinner it’s not really walking friendly"

"Beautiful hotel and really enjoyed our stay, excellent breakfast too"

"Amazing stay. Next time I'm in Bali I will be staying here"

"Beautiful villa in a stunning setting. Peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Make sure to ask for Andi as caretaker."

"The location is great, the villa is very spacious, pool large and suited our group of 8 perfectly. Some of the timber bi-fold doors were getting stuck, we had stayed there about 8 years ago and hasn’t been much updated - while still very nice it is looking a little tired. Breakfast included and it was terrific although always came a little earlier than we requested. Staff always helpful and friendly, transfers to airport were easy."

"Very quiet and clean Staff very nice Swimming pool great "

"The property was in a great location. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are lovely."

"Only fault was - no hot water. but an EXCELLENT place to stay."

"Loved the room and private pool. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and accommodating "

"Nice place to stay at seminyak"

"The villa was spacious and nicely decorated. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had bathrooms but the lack of en-suite for one of the upstairs rooms made the configuration a bit tricky with kids. Staff were friendly but communication wasn’t great with confusion around our booking and room requirements. Pool areas need a revamp - lots of loose and broken tiles. A little tired but overall well appointed and had an authentic Balinese feel. Pretty good value for money. "

"Rooms are a bit run down and not real clean. Stains on sheets etc. the layout was good and the pool area was awesome. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Not much in the way of kitchen facilities in the room"

"Staff was really good and helpful. Property needs a repair. Especially the room upstairs had dampness and associated smell. AC wasn’t working well enough as well. The power used to get trip every time, when using devices such as hair dryer . Since the living area is open, there were too many mosquitoes around, maybe due to frequent rain. Since the property is bit inside from the main road and the path leading to property is quite narrow, many times taxis refuse to go inside and we need to walk...

"places convenience close to shopping District. Staff are very kind and hospitable. A little bit on the older side but nothing that can compromise comfort."

"Amazing Villa! Had an excellent stay in a great location."

"Beautiful room, beautiful amenities, helpful staff. The only thing is the rooster goes all day so it’s not as peaceful as you’d hope."
