"Property grounds are great and very well kept. Very tranquil and private. Pool service a little slow as staff busy chatting to one another but dinner in the beachside restaurant was lovely. Booked with Expedia using VIP benefits but disappointing no room upgrade despite the room being available, check in staff indicated the “better more private rooms” but upgrade benefit blatantly ignored so worth noting this if hoping to benefit from VIP Expedia status. "Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"En las noche había muchísimo ruido de motos, y niños llorando, al decir en la recepción la solución fue pasarnos unos tapones para los oídos. Las piezas son lindas pero no tienen ninguna aislación. Lo que nos molestó mucho fue la cantidad de perros que se te ponían abajo de los pies cada vez que comías algo, eran por lo menos 6 perros, dos con tiña, que hasta daba pena que nadie se preocupara de ellos. "Impressive ! Excellent service and amazing quality of the room design, amenities, resort facilities and great location. My second Andaz experience after Singapore’s at Duo and my impression is persistent. The only downside is the breakfast service model. The ala carte service was not as fast as getting buffet self service. The waiting time was a bit too long, perhaps it was because of the peak time. Would definitely visit again next time and stay a bit longer."
