"This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. "This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

"Das Zimmer war okay. Groß und sauber. Der Service zum checkin auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück dagegen war mies. Nur Joghurt, 2 Kuchensorten, Zwieback und Marmelade in Plastikpack, und Crosiant, und ein Glas Saft. Kaffee jederzeit - bedingt, wenn noch Pads für die langsame alte Maschine da sind , Milch dazu nur beim Frühstück. Den muss man dann aber auch einfordern. Wozu die nette Dame dann beim Frühstück da war? Zum abräumen und gucken. Sie sprach nur italienisch und französisch um wohl nicht...

"A slightly quirky hotel, but top notch all the same. Breakfast is served in your room on a "hostess trolley", and arrived spot on the time I asked for it. Hotel is on fifth floor but has a lift, however just be aware some rooms are up another floor, via a narrow staircase. I was expecting a small pokey room, but instead it was a tardis with huge space, spotlessly clean (and serviced each day, no questions asked), clean comfy bed, excellent en suite shower/toilet room, good shutters on windows...
