Penerbangan + hotel di Baxter Boulevard

"The room was okay, the floors made our feet black. They definitely have not been cleaned in a hot minute. Our sink leaked everywhere (front desk did clean & offer a new room but I already had decorations set up) Pool was FREEZING.. Ive been to this pool SO many times with the previous owners.. I was so disappointed. This was the reason I booked this hotel for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately we wont stay here again. I was so excited when it changed over.. definitely disappointing."

"The Sheets were terrible. All pilled. I asked for other ones, they showed up to my room with another set that were even worse. I brought them to the front desk in the morning and they agreed that they were unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager- they said she wasn't in and I should call later- several calls later and finally after 3 weeks she finally got back to me with an email saying she was sorry I wasn't happy with the sheets! so much for customer service!"

"My biggest complaint is that our room wasn’t super clean when we arrived. There were a few empty cosmetic bottles on the floor but everything else was fine. I also found the bed to be too firm. Positively, the hotel is in a convenient location! Less than a 10 minute walk from Holy Donut and less than 20 from Tandem. They kept snacks stocked in the lobby and there was always an attendant in the lobby."

"The room we booked was not available due to overbooking. In return we received free parking and 2 free breakfasts."
