Large rooms, good breakfast. Ideal for what we wanted.

Safe, clean and comfortable with excellent parking facilities for free. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast ample and tasty. Fabulous Burger Shed right next door for evening meal. Very quiet despite being near highway. Only one criticism was wi-fi a bit hit and miss but could use computer in lobby so all good. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, unexpectedly large. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Free coffee was available at all times in the lobby, we were also given a free breakfast which had a range of choice and the quality was beyond expectations. Overall a pleasant hotel.

Room could have been aired a bit more. Continental breakfast was lacking, stale doughnuts, bruised fruit. Fitness room needs longer opening hours, 10pm too early. Staff were great, bed super comfy, good shower.

Excellent value for the price.

My wife is obsessive about cleanliness and generally will not entertain anything less than 3-stars. However, I am obsessive about value for money and persuaded her, with some trepidation, to give the Comfort Inn Ankeny a try. We were both very pleased with our stay. Late check-in was amiable & attentive (thanks Lori), rooms were clean & spacious, bathrooms were spotless and well maintained.

I stayed at this hotel for its proximity to Prairie Meadows racetrack. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly & helpful, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and the bed was very very comfortable. I was here for 3 days & and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
