"Cleaning staff was pleasant. The rooms smelled like mold and did not smell nice. The shower curtains look as those they’re old and never get washed. The floors are not even, broken in plenty of places. Has bugs in the room. But if you’re looking for cheap, you get what you pay for here."

"When it was time for bed and the comforter was removed, there was fresh sh*t smears on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund but said they don't provide those. When I asked for another room, he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for the premium room that was the only available that evening. SERIOUSLY?? Get your act together."

Coffee machine in the room did not work; not sure if it was the outlet or the machine itself. Room was a bit warm even though the ac was set at the coldest. "We booked 3 rooms, none of them were cleaned well, the stoves didn’t work which is why we booked there, the ac in one was leaking and the carpet was wet all over, when we told the staff they just said other people had told them the same thing and they didn’t really seem to care. Roaches were very present and we could see a couple at any point in time."
