The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent. My husband is in a wheelchair and the cook, helped him make his plate and when we were leaving, he walked out with us and helped me put his wheelchair into the car. I have to say a 10 out of 10.

The staff was very friendly and my room was clean when we arrived. The guy that does the breakfast was very friendly and funny. He kept it breakfast coming out fresh and kept the area very clean

It was very nice. The bathroom was nice. I wish they had soap down close to the tub. And shampoo and conditioner. Not fun to try to get up and get those things especially when you’re 78. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Being at the Holiday Inn, I have no complaints. Kudos to the staff. The staff was excellent, rooms was clean, best service I ever had staying at a hotel. Breakfast and staff was exceptional. Thank you guys.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. The cook was constantly checking on the people dining in the food service area. He was kind and very thorough. He made sure everyone had what they needed. The whole stay experience was very enjoyable. If i know anyone planning a visit to Bay City, I will highly recommend the Holiday Inn.

The room didn’t have a dirty clothes bag and in the bathroom we try to plug in a night light and the plugs didn’t work other than that all was good

The staff at this place is the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. We were tired of the travel but since the moment we walked in .Esteban made it all better with his enthusiasm, smile and lightness . On Day 2 we had a little issue with our key and the maintenance man let us in our room and took care of the issue himself and brought us our keys fixed . We were literally treated like royalty. It didn’t end here. We had a 2 day family event so we probably took about 7 or 8 rooms and everyone kept talking about the breakfast crew. That I had to try it , that the guy there was amazing. We were only there for 2 days but on the last morning I decided to go down and eat breakfast. They were not mistaken when they said this man was on point. I didn’t catch his name but he was great and very friendly and attentive. I work in customer service and you normally hear about the bad and ever the good but this hotel has the dream team. Esteban needs recognition because this man at a young age is very respectful and has one of the hardest jobs.
