Cari Resor Kondominium di Bay Island

"The property was clean and close to event locations"

"Everything perfect"

"The hotel is located right on the beach in quieter end of town, with the boardwalk just outside available for a stroll. The staff are friendly and helpful. The valet service is easy to use, allowing you to have your car retrieved within 15 minutes or some other scheduled time. Unlike some other hotels, tipping the valet is not done through the QR code used to retrieve the car, which I really appreciate. The breakfast is kind of meh, but it was included in our room rate so I didn’t expect much....

"The ONLY place ai stay when I go to VA Beach! Primarily because it’s close to the location I’m going to. But I’ve NEVER had an issue there with anything."

"Staff was great 👍"

"The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return."

"I’m was so impressed with this location. I stayed here due to having some work done to my house. Everything was clean and my room so comfortable. I love the layout and it so quiet . It was so easy to check in and check out. I will definitely stay again! Thank you so much"
