Timing and difficult to order at times. But staff was helpful and credited our ride share transportation which helped a lot. Hotels don’t do a good job replenishing the soap dispensers and it would be good for them to pay attention to that. You come home late and shower and then realize you ran out of shampoo or something and have to call and ask for it when you’re tired and standing in shower wet. ...

"Great hotel. Only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle option to other parks like Sea World etc. Also, it would be nice if shuttle ran after the firework show rather than at 10:00pm, which is when the show starts."

"Everything was great except for the wifi. I was unable to get it to work on the iPad. I only wanted it at night to use white noise for my child to sleep. Had I known I would have brought a sound machine. Considering how amazing the rest of the hotel was it was a shame that couldn’t work. I would have been ok with this but the hotel staff member gave me a code because she got annoyed I could not find a non-existent button. Then she hung up before I could see if the code worked, which it didn’t....

"Beautiful new property on Disney but is a Marriott Bonvoy. Was there for rundisney and everything ran (haha) smoothly. Transportation was timely and absolutely convenient. Having access to the Swan & Dolphin pools was wonderful - especially the 2 huge lap pools. The restaurants on property was good and reasonably priced. Will be back soon !!!"

"This particular place is very expensive and it tells that you will see all kinds of animals like on a savanna, but you don’t really and everything is overpriced. 750 for a bottle of water is ridiculous
There were three hot tubs packed every night with 20 kids. It was awful. I’ll never go again.
If you want to go to Disney’s wild animal park stay at a different hotel. This one is not worth it."

"This was the trip of a lifetime--not only because we visited the Disney World theme parks, but when we got back to the hotel, the pool was open until 11PM and there were always activities for the kids to do throughout the day. We had "pool parties" with music and pool games, we enjoyed a movie "under the stars," and more! There are three pools and my kids wanted to swim in all of them. "The wilderness lodge is a little slice of heaven amongst the chaos of Disney World. It's a great retreat from a long day at the park that offers more privacy than other deluxe resorts. There are plenty of dining options that offer walk-up availability, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the grounds are immaculate. Would absolutely recommend. "
