"We've stayed here before and like it. Upon arrival we found that 2 of 3 elevators in this large hotel weren't working. The elevator to take to pool level was not working. Room HVAC wasn't really cooling well (it was cooler in the hallway ) Staff sent maintenance and it was slightly better overnight. Expedia asked how things were? The next morning got a call from Hotel about HVAC. The second night the AC was working and on high and couldn't be turned down so we froze! We left room about 9 and...

"Hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. We only stayed 1 night, didn't have any issues other than there were 2 of us in the room and there was only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I didn't say anything but me personally as a girl like to normally have 2 towels (1 for hair & 1 for body) then was a little disappointed in the breakfast. They had just basics."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was ready so they allowed me to check in early. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was good with many selections. The only negative from the stay, was the noise level. The walls are really thin. I was on the third floor. There was loud talking and lots of noise into the early hours of the morning so I didn't get much sleep the first night. Also, there was a lot of stomping and jumping in the room above me"

"For the nice area this property is located it was not kept well. It was dirty and doors that should have only been accessible by keycard were left wide open. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable."

"The staff was attentive and kind. The property was terrible. The room decristion said it was for 5 people and when we got to the room it was only for 4 there was couch. We found a live spider on one of the beds and a dead bug on the other bed. We had reserved a room for two nights, but left the did not stay for both wr ended up going to the holiday Inn next door and it was much better."

"Stayed for a night - Mom, dad and 2 girls. It was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy, breakfast was okay, probably it’s time to get a waffle maker but other than that it was all good."
