"The staff was very friendly and welcoming I give them 10/10 but the property itself was bad the rooms smelt the furniture was outdated and damaged. I do not believe this is a 4.5 star hotel I would give it more like 2 stars. The only 2 plus points are the location and great staff other than that ..."

"Nice hotel however we found it to be inconsistent. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel (not cottages) however, our room was only cleaned once. The hotel restaurant is very nice. Hotel staff is very friendly."
