"I was very impressed by the kind attention paid to me by the manager, who upgraded my room and showed me to the cottage and parking place. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom window showed a little wear and tear, but it wasn't a big deal. While the motel might not be as fancy as other places, it makes up for it in location and charm of the staff."

"I absolutely love this place. I took my mom for a quick getaway to release some stress and it did just that. The atmosphere, the sound of the ocean and birds in the morning was just what we needed. I do have to say we encounter 1 or 2 hiccups. Our room looked spotless but, when we opened the door it smelled like pet. Overall, we had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay despite the cold temps. The room was clean. I saw no obvious signs of aging of furniture, fittings and walls - a huge plus given the volume of people it must see.
