Hotel Hilton Hotels di Bay Village Utara

"Hotel is lovely and in a great location not far from Downtown and the beach. Our room wasnt queaky clean but we always do cleaning when we arrive. We where upgraded to a King suite overlooking the lagoon with Balcony we had a perfect view😁The pool area was beautiful lots of space for relaxation. Breakfast was ok not great, word of advice those glasses under the counter could use some polishing before serving to guest lots of water stains. Hotel could use some upgrades in the bathroom area...

We brought these issues to the attention of the manager on site, and it appears our concerns were not communicated to upper management. I have no desire to ever stay at a Hilton property."

"This property was super clean and accommodating. Many shopping areas near by a shuttle that took you to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles beach. Staff was friendly and the amenities on site made me feel like I was staying at a resort!"

When I expressed that I had the impression that Expedia’s total included all fees they said in a snapping way to take it out with expefia Very rude staff"
