"We had few issues in our stay. First, we found that the TV is not working. Then, we found a leaking in the sink fauxet. But the worse wss finding a lot of ants on the ceiling and sink in the bathroom. "

"Stunning building, friendly staff. Great room with private balcony with view of the mountains. The bathroom room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was extensive and had lovely different options. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great Location, But Lacking in Cleanliness and Amenities The only really good thing about this hotel is that it’s very close to the lake and offers a beautiful view from the big balcony. The cleanliness was just okay, not as clean as I would have liked. One major downside is that they don’t have an elevator, so I had to take the stairs. However, the receptionist was very nice and offered to help with my luggage, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s an average stay, but the view and location near the lake are definite highlights."
