My hotel stay was paid with afterpay and at 2 AM in the morning, they are deputy.My credit card for two hundred and eighty seven dollars. I had quesadillas and a drink comma my husband had a bloody mary and hey , quesadillas , and our bill was a hundred and twenty eight dollars. I believe they are over price.\nAnd the customer service is horrible.I will not return to that hotel."

I never received any check-in instructions and had to chase down management through the Expedia app. It turned into about a 30-minute back-and-forth just to get set up with Kasa’s app, which honestly dragged down the whole experience. For me, that alone made the stay feel pretty average—I would’ve happily paid an extra $100 for a traditional, fully staffed hotel downtown and skipped the hassle. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you’re staying multiple nights, the apartment-style setup is actually a nice perk."
