"It was a nice stay. Very quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"They upsold my husband at the check-in with ocean view when I rebooked a partial ocean view room. We still got a side view of the ocean. It wasn’t worth the upsell. The jacuzzi automatically turned off when the timer stopped but then needed a break before the jets would work again. During the break, the water temp cooled down. And it wasn’t very hot in the first place. They offer no self parking. Strictly valet, which of course is expensive. And the propane for the fire pits was out or not...
