"The room was decent, the parking was free, and the free breakfast was okay. However, the bathroom in our room smelled like cat litter. I tried spraying Lysol in order to get rid of the smell but the smell stayed. When I went to open the curtains, there was a man standing in front of his apartment staring inside the room. I show up at 1:15 with the staff not even at the front desk and the door locked. Finally got a hold of someone just for them to tell me they can’t be there and I have to wait until 3 PM to check in despite what I was told the day before. I had a wedding to attend to, so I had to get ready in my car in the parking lot. They came an hour later to which I was already gone....
