"The hotel staff were very nice, and the breakfast was good. It is located in a scenic area of North Beach and the Outlets are nearby. There was a beautiful view from the bathroom window and the front patio. However, the room itself needs serious updating. The water pressure was low, there was not much hot water, and the shower and the bathroom felt outdated. There was also very little soap provided. "The room was very tight and the shower flooded the drain was dirty. Also there was not enough parking for property occupancy. The swing front desk young lady was polite but the day shift young lady upon arrival was not very welcoming as she seen us and stepped into the back. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel to stay and front desk was very helpful. Only thing is not great about it is the parking. Instead of them charging a flat rate, you get charged hourly up to 6 hrs then bill you for overnight which is not great if you want to leave to grab lunch then have to come back and start a new tab. Other than that we had a great time there."

"I liked that it was clean and modernized. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping could have came to bring more fresh towels/ clean the room more often, but when asked they came right away. I would come back! Nice area and good service overall."
