"Travel with my kids for a football camp with friends who also rented a room.. Phone didnt work, no hot water, tvs didn't work. Bedroom door did not close, paint chipping in the shower. fridge was broken leaking water inside and out… Spoke to front desk was told maintenance would come… never came nothing was included had to pay for amenities (bowling etc) for the amount they charge for the rooms you would think it would include more… could've honestly stayed at a franchise hotel and got more for...

We stayed for a week and have to go to front desk to ask for housekeeping to obtain clean towels and sundries every third day when we see nobody coming to make room. "The room smelled like chemical fumigation had just happened in the room, the door DID NOT LOCK, and was never fixed despite staff being asked to. The shower DID NOT DRAIN at all and shower rod was hanging out of the wall. There was an open, rusted access panel that opened to a dusty space in the wall with pipes. Manager was supposed to call us to follow up but never did. Do not recommend"
