We checked in Saturday. For a hunting trip up the mountains. There was mold/mildew in the shower area. The bed was on some makeshift 2x4 bed frame. By Tuesday the room was never cleaned so we called down. Was told that cleaner was off. Wednesday still not cleaned. Thursday. Still not cleaned. We left a day early. When asking the front desk for clean towels he huffed when we had to go get them. Wish there was a way to upload pictures.

We didn’t stay for breakfast but my husband did try the coffee he said it wasn’t good. Staff was nice especially the morning lady. There were lady bugs coming out of the air conditioner in our room. Also the picture of the main lobby looks nothing the way it actually looks. It looks best up tbh.

When we got to the room, I had to clean it. The ice bucket had stuff on it. The floor hadn't been swept. There were bugs alive and dead on the floor. A pile of dush on the light between the two beds. Flying Chinese beetles on the ceiling. I asked to have my room swept the next morning was told that that doesn't usually happen, then i let the front desk know that i didn't think it had been previously. When we got back someone had come in to sweep.

Hotel needed upkeep. Room staff neglected to supply the proper amount of towels, and were absent when linens needed to be replaced leaving my gf and I to change the linens ourselves. The fitness room was in a deplorable state: one out of three cardio machines was operating; no paper towels or cleaning solution to wipe off machines after use; t.v didn’t work

The room was gross, they didn’t clean anything, hair all over the shower, bugs flying everywhere we checked in went to that terrible Mexican restaurant attached then came back a Checked out! They have signs in the hallway saying sorry for the look “they’re remodeling” but they’re not remodeling they just put them up cause they know it’s a crap hole

This place is run down. The breakfast wasn’t great…just your normal free breakfast. We were supposed to have a king room but got 2 full beds. I went to the front desk & she gave us a king bed and said she “upgraded” us to a suite free of charge but it was down in the basement type floor and sketchy. The suite just had a living room area but with no tv. I was hoping for the jetted tub…not a living area that we didn’t need or use. She wasn’t friendly either. And housekeeping didn’t come on day 2. That was our 2nd time staying there but we will not be staying there again.

Desk person was on the her cell phone watching videos. We waited over 5 minutes will she watched. Gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied embarrassing the couple already in it. Went back to front desk, she replied yes I knew I did that, no apology. Run down, dirty. The toilet and sink was backed up. The person at the front said she was too busy to deal with it. Said she'd give us a plunger. Many, including us went across the street to McDonalds for breakfast because the coffee was empty, out of eggs and sausage was cold. This place is a true nightmare.

Good enough to sleep in… housekeeping didn’t do a good job before our arrival (used soap in the shower, toilet paper resting on the holder, not on the roller). The handicap room, there was a 3/4 inch lip at the threshold to the bathroom. Making it inconvenient for anyone in a wheelchair to maneuver over.

El restaurante es bueno para comer y cenar, no dieron limpieza en general a la habitación, el área de desayuno siempre permaneció sucia, en general no recomiendo a nadie para hospedarse en este hotel

I stayed here for a weekend festival over the summer. The accommodations were basic but convenient for being close to the event, which was exactly what I needed. My main frustration was that during my four-night stay, the TV never worked — and it seemed I wasn’t the only one having this issue. The staff did try to fix it a few times, but by the end of each night, I still couldn’t just relax and watch TV in bed. Since I was traveling alone, that was disappointing, and I ended up watching everything on my phone instead. I’m planning to attend the same festival again in 2026, but I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be staying here next time. It was a bit frustrating to pay the full weekend rate without having the full amenities that were listed when I booked. That said, the staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area, even giving me great sightseeing recommendations
