"Good location and great amenities. Breakfast could improve — there wasn’t enough food available, and the area was often too crowded. We got a room with a kitchenette, but the sofa bed is very basic. It works for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. The hotel does provide excellent service, which is definitely a plus."

"Everything was out of date. It actually smelled old in the room like unclean. The first room we we given it smelled old and the closet had an big open hole in it and the door was off the hinges laying on the ground"

"we absolutely, loved our stay at orbit, it was clean and all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the women working the front desk they were incredible, politely helping us numerous times get things we needed and the entire property was well cleaned and maintained all day, even the pool was sparkly clean and the heated water and jacuzzi was definitely a plus, we definitely will be staying there again next time we go to Orlando"

"Loved it! My first time staying in Orlando. The staff upgraded me to a 2 Queen size when they saw I had extra guests with me and were very accommodating. And I also enjoyed their breakfast and clean room. Shoutout to their staff being so cool."

"Construction occurring, one of the elevators out, hallway and room had an unusual odor, reserved a queen bed and given a full bed. Definitely a case where the photos and reviews definitely DID NOT reflect the reality of the hotel. Will never return. "

"It was bad , the 3 days I stayed they only clean the room 1 time , no toilet paper, I couldn’t sleep at all always someone screaming or making noise, everyone can park there even if you are staying or not . The items in the room broken. Never again "

"Breakfast was convenient, literally everything else was an absolute nightmare. Our room door would fight with us every time we tried to open it. The door knob was literally not attached to the door, it came off when pulled. You can hear guests full conversations through the walls because of how thin they are. Every time I went into the lobby there was another guest complaining about something to the front desk. "
