"It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. "

"The toilet leaked, couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the property only seen him when we checked in. The pool was supposed to open at 9 AM never opened found a fingernail in my bed that didn’t belong to me or anyone with me. The water for the bathtub wasn’t even hot. Just terrible. Terrible. Stay altogether. Do not recommend staying there."

"Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you."

"This place was awful. The front desk is never staffed, instead they have a phone number on the front door to call if you need help. I saw multiple people trying to check in by calling the number and then just leaving. The room was very moldy and musty smelling and there was a large gap at the bottom which let multiple pests in during our stay. Where the fire alarm is supposed to be there is just a base with duct tape over it, which with my 10 years of experience working and managing hotels, I'm...

"I have to admit, when we drove up to the motel, we were a little hesitant. Parking lot was empty and there is not sign with the motel name on it. However, we had done electronic check in and was given the necessary code to get to our room. The room was fantastic, all new, great amenities inside, and spacious. We had a great stay there and don't let the outside looks fool ya'!"
