"The room was clean but a little dark. The bed was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The location of the hotel was great. The rooftop hot tub is a nice feature."

"A lovely hotel, from before checking in to leaving communication from the hotel was 2nd to none. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly and every little thing was sorted. The car shuttle service is great to Creekside."

"Room was tired. Carpet was broken in places, the walls and edging were beaten up. The hotel needs some love The bar downstairs is excessively loud and really impacted our time in the room between 6 and 10 pm. The noise was so loud we couldn't hear the tv."

"We were able to make early check-in and late check-out which was more than great. Staff were very helpful, friendly and comprehensive. The room was amazing, with everything that we needed. All places, venues of the hotel were clean, but we would just suggest to make a deeper clean in the room. We enjoyed our experience in the hotel and we are very grateful for what we received."

"Our stay was lovely. The only thing that could have been improved upon was check in. We were travelling with a newborn and toddler and weren’t able to check in early/there wasn’t any private space to feed/change etc. which would have been useful."

"Staff great, room very clean. Had a problem with room but was moved straight away. The only problem, holes in the sheet. Looks like they were just worn out so started splitting. Hotel going through reno, hope they put in new sheets. Told front desk in morning had parking for free. Its was my go to hotel in Whistler, not sure any more."
