"The hotel was clean and the late night staff was friendly. The daytime front desk staff could not have been any less interested in helping people if they had to be. One was playing on his phone and one was reading a book every time we walked past for two days. A large bus group wiped out the breakfast buffet, and the person replenishing. It only did so one item at a time as something was asked for, and she was clearly aggravated to be asked to do her job. We would not stay at this hotel again,...

"It's understandable this is an extended stay type place and overall it was nice, the courtyard with the grills were really a good addition but it is in need of a good touch up. Chairs and couches are worn and in need of repairs, drawer missing in kitchen, little things like that. Comfortable beds, kitchen was a good addition, overall pretty clean."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room on the 5th floor was quite noisy due to the constant opening and closing of nearby doors, which made it difficult to fully relax. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working during our stay, but the staff accommodated us by moving us to a room on the 1st floor, which felt like an upgrade and was much more comfortable.
