"The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. "It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"Die unterkunft ist hervorragend, sei es für kinder im krabbel alter bis hin zu Erwachsene . Zimmer werden jeden tag sauber gemacht und das erstaunliche war das immer vom haus jemand abends kam und die betten fürs schlafen gehen noch einmal frisch bezogen hat. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und immer nachgefragt ob es wünsche gibt. Schlecht war für uns das pool Wasser das 26 Grad ist für ein baby ungünstig leider aber trotzdem werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen das selbe Hotel nOch...

Ondanks volle capaciteit is er genoeg ruimte om toch te genieten van alles. Het voelde aan alsof het hotel niet zo druk was, zo groot is het. We hebben ook heel lekker gegeten.
