"I rarely write reviews, but after what I experienced at South 32 Hotel, I feel a responsibility to warn other travellers. From the moment I checked in, my room's air conditioning was broken, blowing hot air in the middle of hot weather. I reported it to reception on day one. Nothing happened. Day two, same story, plus a power outage that left me without electricity through the night. By day three, I was told the central air is set to blow heat. No fix. No apology. No urgency whatsoever. "Fort det første så har ikke dette hotellet egen resepsjon, du må dra til ett annet hotell for å sjekke inn som er 500m nedi gata. Dette står når du bestiller, men jeg fikk ikke det med meg. Det er en god del sort mugg på badet, blandebatteriet i dusjen var ødelagt noe som medførte kok dusj hver morgen. Heisen stoppet nesten hver gang jeg brukte den, noe som ikke føles så veldig trygt. Selve rommet var rent og ok plassering. Sengen var veldig hard, men tror det er ganske vanlig på Malta....

"Très bon hôtel pour l'arrivée ou le départ de l'aéroport, environ 10 minutes à pied. La piscine est agréable (pas chauffée) nous étions 4 dans une chambre, la chambre est décorée avec soin, on entend un peu les avions mais c'est normal à coté de l'aéroport. Il nous ont proposé un petit déjeuné à emporter car nous partions à 4h du mat. L'accueil et le service ont été très bons."

"We loved the hotel - it was a short walk from Valetta proper, and we loved being in a residential neighborhood instead of a touristy one. The room was spacious and inviting, and suited us well for a four-night stay. The staff was terrific. (One note to owner: PLEASE update the lighting in the bathroom!)"

"Location, breakfast, staff that we saw in person were all great. The room was unique but beautiful and appeared newly renovated. Our only complaints were with the automated check in process to get the room key. And once that was resolved the key didn’t work the next day. There are some kinks to work out but it is a nice place in a great location. The young woman who served breakfast was extremely nice and friendly. "

"This is a chariming small hotel in an excellent lcoation in Valetta. The street where it is lcoated was under construction which made access a little challenging but we managed just fine. The hotel was perfect for us (two couples), intimate but totally efficient with a cozy lobby and lounge, and excellent breakfast. Most important, the staff is great and Tony was a fabulous host and asset for our stay!"
