"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. "Absolutely amazing"

"Expedia booked on my behalf 4 intestate Cerviola x dble bedroom with city view. I got there no rooms available and after a lot of arguing they sent me to a boutique belonging to them. Was not up to scratch actually not even anywhere there. I did not feel safe, hearing people screaming and shouting. So at 4.30am went back to Cerviola where I sat on an armchair till 7am x I went out as I did not go on holiday, but for a funeral. Got back at 3 and I was told I have a room. Not city view but...

"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"Sally Suite aparments are so ideally located in Valletta. Shops, restaurants and bars within minutes. We had everything we needed and communication with the apartment manager was great. We asked for airport transfers and this was arranged easily for us. We would recommend and likely to stay here again."
