"I had reserved my room through Expedia. I reserved a room with a harbor view. when I arrived and started to check in the female noticed my dog and asked if I had pets and I said no, just my service dog. he then changed my room because he didn't want allergies in the other rooms. I stated I had a poodle, she doesn't shed. he then said that he couldn't put me on the second floor because of ada laws. he put me in the back of the hotel in a pet room. instead of being ignorant he should have used...

"Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned when we got there at 5pm. They did clean it within a half hour while we went for dinner. The hide-a-bed was small and uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and the pool was nice."

"It appears that the composite flooring in the room was recently installed but needed to be ..mopped. Water dripped from our cooler which was wiped up with a cloth indicated a very dirty floor. Too, walking with slippers also indicated a very dirty floor. Wall and beds looked very clean. Pillows were hard and flat. "The property was old and definitely in need of repair. Towels provided were gray and rough on the skin. Bed was comfortable and television worked well. The price was right for shag one receives."
