"The toilet is too low for older folks and people with bad knees, etc. We were told it was $11 to park when we got to the hotel (which I did not see when I booked the room), but was not told it was per night. That is extremely disappointing. Especially since there were not many parking spaces close to the entrance. I found out when I checked my bank account. That amount was not put on my receipt. I will look elsewhere to stay on a return trip."

"Pésima experiencia. La persona en el mostrador sabe que si terminal está fallando, pero.aun así intentó hacer el check in. El resultado fue que mi dinero se quedó en un limbo, tuve que llamar varias veces a mi banco (BBVA) para intentar resolverlo pero, hasta este momento, sigue mi dinero volando. Y, por supuesto, no me admitieron en el hotel y tuve que buscar otra alternativa a esas horas de la noche.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The only area that could use some improvement is the carpet, as it appeared to need a deep cleaning. Other than that, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again."

"Rooms were very clean and nice. The staff (most of the ones we encountered) seemed pained to be there. They were not very friendly and it showed as if they hated the thought of being there.
No breakfast is offered, though there are some small things you can buy. I felt as though I was being watched as I looked for something to purchase and then only later learned the front desk person was watching me on camera.
For the price- I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get."
