"The hallways smell dogs, the toilet didn't flush, no trash liner in the container, the front desk was very responsive and they gave as a new room Second room , the shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls They were two lamps with with twisted prongs unable to plug the lamps on the sockets Surprised by the dclined as we have been in many of your facilities before, never had this problems"

"First of all it’s not even close to the university so don’t be fooled. The lady working the front desk was super nice to me but gave the people in front of me some attitude. I also got out of the pool with the one towel left in there and went to ask for more towels and she said she would bring them and ended up not. The room was clean but outdated and the beds aren’t comfortable."

"The hotel is located on a busy corner downtown. It is an older building. The parking garage is down the street - not real convenient. The breakfast buffet could have had more options but was okay. It is close to a nice park, shopping, and restaurants."
