"Great price for the stay"

"Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. Tampoco había aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Además, no pudimos desayunar y no había servicio de internet ni línea telefónica. Expedia se comunicó con el hotel y nos informó que alguien se pondría en contacto con nosotros en la habitación, pero nunca llegó nadie. Al momento del check-out...

"Upon arrival to room we entered bathroom to put away our toiletries. We found long hairs in bathtub and on floor. We decided to clean up ourselves assuming it was just an overlook and that can happen. Next day upon return to room we once more found a fairly large clump of long hair in our shower/tub. We have short, gray hair. Went to desk to ask if they would instruct person to please make sure our bathroom was clean. The person behind desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me there...

"Very helpful staff. The room was very clean. My only complaint is about breakfast. Limited variety of fruit, no yoghurt, no gluten free bread or madeleines. "

"Motel is perfectly situated in downtown area. It is easy and enjoyable to stroll around to open spaces and restaurants AND the bakery that is right across the street. The motel doesn't supply a coffee maker, but the bakery across the street has delicious coffee AND it opens at 6:00AM."
