"Staff was friendly. 1st room didn't have heat working. Were moved to a different room and the tub faucet dripped the entire time, tub was gross and microwave looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. For nonsmoking rooms they smelled heavily of smoke. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again. "

"The room was clean but the furniture in the living area looking worn and outdated. Just fyi, the toilet is very low to the ground for those with mobility issues but do not need a handicap accessible room. The staff was very nice and friendly!"

"We had a horrible stay. The pool was being renovated and the hotel did not disclose this information prior to us booking the room. There were ICE protestors right outside our room both nights we stayed and woke us up at midnight. Also, the treadmill and peloton bike were not working. We are extremely disappointed and we will not be staying here again. "

"We purchased a room with 2 queen beds that stated it could accommodate 5 people, which we were traveling with. Upon arrival, there were 2 queen beds with no other sleeping options, we anticipated a small couch or pull-out. When I requested a hideaway, they could not provide this. They apologized for the inconvenience but provided no other options. We requested additional bedding to create a bed on the floor, after waiting 3 hours for housekeeping, it was delivered to our room at 11:00 pm. & left...
