"When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available...

"As a person in a wheelchair, it was hard to reach the sink faucet and soap dispenser. There was enough clearance under the sink to wheel under it but then I couldn't reach the faucet and the soap dispenser was too high on the wall. Luckily my wheelchair elevates. All in all the sink configuration just wasn't right."

"We had a room with two double beds which were very comfortable. There was also a huge sitting area. The beds were very close together and sleeping area seemed tight. I would have preferred a larger sleeping area and smaller sitting area."

"We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!"

Checked in @9:30pm and the book I booked was dirty, so they gave us a different room, the room they put us in we walked in and the bed wasn’t made and the dirty sheets were sitting on the TV stand, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Go to front desk to get a different room so they put us in another room, we walk in, okay cool this room is clean, bed is made. Bathroom looks clean, but come to find out the toilet doesn’t flush unless you tweak it. Annnd the TV doesn’t...

"The door knob thing was broken and the breakfast had no waffle maker which was sad but the room was spacious and the kitchen in the room was clean and better than I expected."

"Not enough parking. Not enough choices for breakfast. No fruit. Hot tub was under maintenance. Pool was open, room clean, quiet, comfortable bed."

"An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!"

"Hampton Inn can do better withe quality of coffee. On this trip I stayed at two Hampton Inn locations, and the coffee in both the places is terrible. And the amenities should be same in all locations. It needs to be standardized."
