"I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. I needed to literally roll myself out of the tub to the bathroom floor. The inside of the tub had no anti-slip safety. There was no tub water plug to keep water in the tub. "Everything about our stay went well, though I/family were frustrated when staying x2 weekend in a row and not either time was there yogurt to start the day or was it refilled either weekend during breakfast. Bummer when that is all the toddler wanted both times. Good hotel and good price other than that part!"

"Great property to stay at. Especially if you are on the business trip. The staff is very attentive, helpful and open to accommodate your needs. The property is very clean and fresh. The rooms have everyrhing you need. The breakfast also has everything needed. Plenty of parking. Definitely highly recommend this property. I do a lot of business travel and can say that this hotel definitely made my life easier and the trip more pleasant."

"Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. "I expected better from suites. It was fine and adequate but nothing great. A bit outdated. Tv was on one side of room so couldn’t use it very well. Bathrooms weren’t completely gross. Decently clean but some maintenance issues you’d expect with age. Better than a super 8 or the neighboring Spark, but definitely not nice. The common space was nice but we got drowned out and left when a group got crazy loud. Breakfast was hardly edible and we aren’t fancy eaters. Beds were low but could...

"The staff at check in and the staff in general were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the new coffee machine. The workout room was nice. The room we were in the bathroom door swung into the way of the main room door. The A/C wasn’t functioning properly. The hot tub jets weren’t functioning. "

"Old hotel in need of renovation. The first room they put me in was stuffy and smelly and right next to service elevator (even after I asked for quiet room). I asked for new room. Manager was very nice and accommodated my request. Breakfast was average at best."

" room did not have a number on the door as they were remodeling the 4th floor. had to use key to find the room. Reservations had us in two rooms even thought one room was cancelled in March. Was charged for two rooms so not happy about that. I had even called the billing department 3 weeks ago and was told I would only have to pay for one room. I am out the $177 charged for second room that was cancelled in March."
