"Great place to stay!"

"Our reservation was mixed up and the hotel and/or Expedia could not respond within 72 hours which unfortunately was when we needed to be checking in and off on our weekend events. We ended up staying at a nearby hotel because the hotel was full. They did not want to commit to refunding our money even though there was no room available to stay at. We spent two nights in another hotel and have been home for a day and an half and still waiting for a response regarding our reservation mixup."

"The check-in process was total chaos, long lines the staff didn’t seem to know how to do things as if they were not properly trained. Did not give any instruction on breakfast, any of the amenities, etc.. There is not enough seating for guest to eat for breakfast. The staff was incredibly rude. The breakfast food was ice cold and or out of stock. The picnic area and the grills were disgusting. You couldn’t use the grills even if you wanted to because the staff couldn’t help you and they were so...

"Clean space, very comfortable room and bedding. Some of softest pillows I’ve ever seen at a hotel."

"Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Love the full sized refrigerator and making our own ice. Cannot say we've ever stayed where there are cooking burners- absolutely coming back when staying more than a night in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!"

"Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children."

"One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions."
