"Every thing was clean and nice. It was expensive though but what isn’t. We did however have a fun time "

"It was nice and clean. There was some construction going on down one of the hallways. The pool fountains weren’t on when we got there around 1 pm. So we had to wait until later to bring the baby swimming. The room was nice. They left us small bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. They had cold breakfast for free and then they had “Starbucks” where you could buy hot food and specialty coffee. Pretty pricey. Oh and just a heads up it’s 10 dollars per night for parking and a 200 dollar fee...

"On top of the $200 a night room, we were informed that we would also be charged $24 a day for parking at the hotel. We were put into a newly “updated” room. The carpet in the hallway had more cushion to it than the room itself. The bed was offset and not centered and it appeared maybe a couch was suppose to go in the space but wasn’t there. The chairs were about as comfortable as sitting on a cheap folding chair. The bathroom door had no lock on it (parents beware). The light switch was in the...

"Met my expectations"

"Breakfast- nothing special, cheap products. But most of all - linens were polyester not cotton, sleeping was awful"

"We had no hot water in our room, despite calling twice to have it fixed and had cold showers all weekend. The coffee or bar was never staffed. I wouldn't suggest staying here, especially for the price"

"My stay was amazing overall…there was just one super simple thing at 8:30am on check out housekeeping quickly knocked twice and proceeded to enter I was Still sleeping I didnt Complain or anything…my mistake for not having the dnd on the door but it was kinda flimsy so it kept falling off everytime I opened The door so eventually I left It on the floor lol but nice staff nice place definitely would recommend"

"Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay."

"Rooms are nice. Bed was super compfy, as well as the pillows. When we first got to the hotel the checkin lady was short and she made sure to stress that we booked second party, like it was a terrible thing. I compared prices from their sight and expedia.com and there was a significant difference for the same reservation, so i chose Expedia. The breakfast was good. Made to order eggs, any way you like them. There was an extremely LOUD fight in the hallway at 2 a.m. that went on for at least 20...

"Overall decent breakfast selection but was slammed busy. Excellent location for going to canal park and watching the ships. Would stay again. "
