"clean nice hotel"

"This is a tough review to write because we have always has a good experience at Grand Superior Lodge. For the past six years we have stayed in the cabins, this most recent stay we stayed in the Lodge. We will never stay in a lodge room again. There was a wedding reception and the music was so loud our room was shaking. Then the reception guest started a fire on the patio. We asked the front desk staff if the music could be turned down and we were told that it would stop at quiet hours,...

"The cottage was nicer than my own home. The registration person was so nice. I had cut myself and she gave me ointment. Loved the soap products. We will be back!"

"I like how the property had a mini fridge, microwave and a large shower. Also, the room we stayed in had a large mirror. Lastly, the housekeeper was friendly and the owner was responsive to phone calls."

"The staff was great, and did a fine job reaching out to us when our room was ready early. Check in went well and the amenities in the room were all we needed for our overnight."

"We just loved our stay here. Everything was so convenient and all of the staff was so kind and friendly. We loved the charm of the hotel and our room!"
