"Room for fine for the price we paid for as amenities go. However the room stunk like rotten milk bad. We opened the bedroom screen door as well as the windows but couldn’t get it out."

We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. "The staff was friendly, the property and the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location wise it was a short drive to sites, but was not close to walk to them."

"The front desk person was out smoking when we arrived and when they came inside they were rude. There was black hair, it looked to be dog or cat hair all over the bedding and the towels in the bathroom. I went to use the fridge and their was a dessert container on the top shelf so that had not been cleaned or looked in. The rest of the hotel seemed failry clean."

"Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect."

Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where...

"I was especially grateful for the 24/7 decaf coffee. It’s hard to find good decaf coffee. I appreciated the Bible in my room as I left mine at home. I have enjoyed several stays and will be coming back soon."

"Hotel is right on the river with beautiful views for the bridge. The staff is friendly and breakfast is cooked fresh for you when you order. It is quiet and walkable to restaurants."

"My bad, when I made the reservation I didn't ask what how much the pet fee was. They charged me $75 for a one night stay. This was my first and LAST stay at a Hampton. I feel scammed."
