Great room and staff. Hotel’s parking lot was limited due to renovations but they had an arrangement with a near by parking ramp. Breakfast looked amazing - we only had coffee which was delicious. Loved the location too.

Everything was great. The only complaint was noise on third flooor at night and then in morning I could hear housekeeping upstairs banging. . Rooms are nice and big and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The room was really comfortable, with a surprising amount of space to spread out. Centrally-located, it was easy walking distance to much of the city. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options (including a feta-spinach pastry that was delicious). A few reviews seemed to suggesting parking was limited, but I didn't find that to be the case. I'd estimate there was room for at least 20-30 cars in the lot, with a pay lot immediately across the street (if necessary).

We stayed in a newly remodeled room... very firm new couch couch, turned into a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements , and that was decently comfortable for our two kids. there was not a dim enough light for a night light , so I kept the microwave open all night. and there were only three pillows for the king bed...but we were too tired and distracted to go ask for more bedding, so I guess it was fine. the blanket that was our extra bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable.. but everything else was nice. and the staff who allowed an early check-in were very nice. Cleaning staff were very nice. The breakfast was ample ... made my day. I don't think it helps to have real dishes and silverware for breakfast but some people might like that, more than paper plates. The pool is underwhelming -- you access by walking into the Breezeway that is the main entrance. so you're basically walking towards the outside to get to the pool, opening the automatic door to the cold wind while you're in a swimsuit. Walkable to downtown scene, thats the main thing.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and addressed any issue immediately. We walked in the room & the couch was not put together - all drawers open wide - the phone in the room did not work. Front desk immediately had someone inspect the room and apologized for the trouble. No word on the phone - said they were replacing when they do the next remodel.
