"It was so bad that I don’t have anything to compare it to. Hands down the worst hotel/motel I have EVER stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the people were not helpful and the check in desk was a mile and a half away from the room. When we got to the room, motel doesn’t even give it enough credit. Dirty, small, no amenities. It felt like camping. Fridge was broke, the tv was tiny with no channels. I will NEVER book through Expedia or at this hotel again."

"The only reason you're going to this property is to be at the water park. Well the indoor water park facilities are extremely dirty. This places have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are enormous brown spots on bottoms of every pool. The outdoor facilities were much cleaner but that pretty much meant that we were confined to those facilities. Because of that the overall value I'm staying at this property seems to be very low. The front desk staff is not very good. The restaurant is...

"The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site."

"The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season."

"Obviously with everything brand new it all looked very nice. The room was nice. It was quiet. The pools were nice and warm. The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. My silent flabbergasted stare at the front desk clerk like he'd lost the plot when he told me that and thankfully he charged us less than the $100 per...

"Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking...

"Check before you go alot of the activities only run on the weekend and the weather plays a huge role on the amenities, we were kicked out of the pool multiple times inside and out. The arcade will take all your money and they will do nothing about it"
