Amazing resort grounds! A bit confusing to navigate, but the front desk agent helped give us directions. Room was great (updated and clean), pool was a good temperature, and room service food was amazing. All member of staff we interacted with (FD, Housekeeping, Coffee shop, room service delivery) were super nice and friendly.

It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay.

All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of resort but the best part….was the horse riding trail great staff there and horses are gentle ! Won’t stay here again, unfortunately not worth the money to stay there!

The lobby was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The large bar was gorgeous and the restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here even if it is a bit on the pricey side.

Love staying at this hotel for my birthday!! This was our 3rd time staying here!! We also did ski that day at the Mountain top and it was nearby 5mins drive to our room!! The only concern is Room 6307 the shower drainage doesn’t drain well !!
