"I rented the room with the hot tub to celebrate my significant other's birthday. I had a friend decorate it nicely with balloons and birthday decor. Needless to say my guy loved it. The room was nice and cozy. It was on the 1st floor at the end of the hall. The bed was comfy, the room didn't have any weird smells, and the whirlpool was amazing! We didn't leave once we checked in. We didn't get up for breakfast either but they do offer a free breakfast from 6am-9am. I would most definitely come...

I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. "Arrived to the front desk at about 4:30pm on a Saturday to check-in and proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes while the clerk discussed someone's reservations on the phone. There was another staff member sitting off to the side who disappeared. Finally get checked-in to discover one of the two elevators is out of order. I was on a tight schedule and needed to change before getting to a 5pm event. Room was fine. Much of the parking lot was torn up and being repaved as well. Overall not...
