"Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel"

Then told us we can’t have any visitors that we can sit with our parents in the lobby! Like I’m a little kid. Never have I heard you can’t have guests in a hotel. Furthermore I never had a guest. Very disrespectful. Then I cleaned my room after I got home from work and set the dirty shower towels and 3 little grocery bags with garbage....

"This is normally our favorite hotel in the area, Fairfield is the best chain IMO...this time we were disappointed. There was some sort of baseball event going on, the place was crowded with teenagers. It was very noisy. Parents were loud too. Kids running the halls at night, left garbage in the breakfast area. "The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get."
