"Showed up with two small children and was not able to check in. Had to get another hotel instead. Eventually got a refund after spending literally 9 hours on the phone. Nightmare. "

"Breakfast and bar were very nice front desk guy, not so nice. Wife had bite from there beds and he threatened to kick us out like it was our fault they have bugs! Then told us we can’t have any visitors that we can sit with our parents in the lobby! Like I’m a little kid. Never have I heard you can’t have guests in a hotel. Furthermore I never had a guest. Very disrespectful. Then I cleaned my room after I got home from work and set the dirty shower towels and 3 little grocery bags with garbage. They had the nerve to call my room wake up my wife to tell her we can’t put garbage outside of our room. Every hotel I’ve ever been to that’s what you do to get you garbage picked up especially when they don’t offer to clean your room you have to ask 24hrs in advance. Absolutely horrible staff, disrespectful, rude, and nosy. The guy follows you around like a little kid to make sure you don’t have a guest. Very weird!"

"Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel"

"I stay at Fairfield was very good. The staff were very helpful friendly the room was just what I would’ve expected and really more than that. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and would stay there again without hesitation."
