"The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. "I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....

The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants.
