"Otima localização próxima ao centro histórico, staff super atencioso, especialmente David que nos deu todas as informações necessárias! Externamente o prédio não é bonito mas o conforto, a limpeza, a qualidade do café da manhã e produtos de toalete fazem toda a diferença. Um hotel boutique com muita arte. Importante reservar o estacionamento. "

"Rooms modern and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and staff were very efficient in keeping food topped up and cleaning tables. Parking is in public spot right next to hotel so remove valuables from car. "

"Wir waren eine Woche da. Zu viert im familienzimmer mit 2 Kindern . Das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer sauber. Das Personal war auch freundlich und konnte gut englisch. Die Lage ist auch optimal um den Gardasee oder den iseosee zu besuchen. "

"The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again."
