They were not available to clean the rooms. Halls were dirty with white towels outside on the floor. Trash can were full and they remained it for a long time. Only two people in charge of the cleaning. Everything was a mess !!!. Really bad

The room smelled like a harsh chemical and paint. There were roaches in the room. The pull out couch bed had no linens and was covered in crumbs. The hall and stairwell was filthy. The elevator was gross and didn’t work well. The workout room was connected to the pool and didn’t open until 10 AM; it had no air and was also filthy. The staff was very kind and helpful but overall this was an awful stay and an unmaintained property.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations. While the staff provided excellent service, the condition of the rooms and the disappointing breakfast significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The staff was real nice checking and checking out. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C cooled the room down well, I like it cool when I sleep. The only small complaint and i understand it will be different for everyone was the bed was a little hard. I would have no problem recommending someone to stay, I would stay again.

The front desk staff there were super helpful and very friendly. Everything was clean, although someone in one of the nearby rooms must’ve been smoking cigarettes because our room started to smell horribly of smoke. Please don’t smoke in hotel rooms.

Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Our room was not clean and had a strong odor. We even bought air freshener spray, but it didn’t help. The refrigerator was also filthy. The hot tub was also out of service, and staff told us the necessary part was on the way, but it never arrived. The hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. After learning it wasn’t working, I asked if our room at least included the large jet bathtub, and I was told that it did. However, when we got to the room, it did not. I went back to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, and I was even willing to pay the additional charge, but they said no rooms with the large bathtub were available. In addition, our room appeared to be handicap accessible, as there was a shower chair in the bathroom. The window coverings were also an issue — while the sheer curtains closed completely, the solid curtains only covered half of each side, leaving the center of the window exposed. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
