"I have stayed there twice in the last few weeks due to a family member’s medical needs. Both times the elevators were either not working or barely working. It’s scary to not know whether you will suddenly be stuck on an elevator. "

Got stabbed in my finger by a pushpin in the room darkening curtain. The first room we were given smelled overwhelmingly like urine. We were moved and the next room had a non-functioning ventilation system. "

"Might’ve just been a bad weekend. There was a soccer tournament was happening and the hotel was filled with players and their families. They wanted to play and knock and run from our door. We tried to get fresh towels from housekeeping as we came back for an outing but perhaps there was a language barrier because we got nothing and we would’ve been next. I guess the room must be empty to get it serviced. The space sufficient. No bells or whistles. No pool. Breakfast was ok. There was a nice variety each day."
