The staff were amazing and very attentive. Best customer service we received during our vacation. The hotel is walking distance to the center of town. The front desk made excellent recommendations for dinner reservations. Definitely worth considering if going to Beaune.

Your staff were very warm, courteous, and helpful. However, the hotel’s décor, furniture, and bathroom tiles are quite tired, with chipped grout and visible wear. The hotel has wonderful charm and character, and a thoughtful facelift could refresh the property while preserving its unique appeal.

Great location in town. The room was spacious in a newer annexe of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel building is old and shows the charm of a small European boutique hotel. Breakfast was buffet style and costs extra. Selections were adequate and good. If you are in Beaune for the winery visit - this is the place to stay.

A little bit old-school interior design. But clean and well functioning with very good service. Nice garden for a meal/ breakfast. Very centrally located. Only disappointment was a promising car parking that we where offered, but… without telling we would be charge 26€ when leaving. Do not like these ”scams”.

Never Disappoints – A Gem in the Heart of Beaune

We’ve stayed at the Cep many times and it never lets us down. The welcome is always so friendly, the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Beaune, and having secure parking is a real bonus. The rooms are always comfortable, which makes it feel like coming back to a favourite place.

Such a wonderful hotel conveniently located in the middle of the historic area of Beaune. Lots of dining choices nearby and easy to get out of the town to go exploring nearby vineyards. We used the parking lot and never had an issue getting the car out.

A stay well beyond your expectation.

Each time we stay here the experience gets even better. We were given a double upgrade without asking and our room was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was perfect. Attention to detail at this hotel is beyond apprehension. I look forward to our next visit in a few days time.
