It’s an older hotel but they’ve refreshed it where possible and the biggest thing was how clean it was. It’s great value and in a good location. "Overall for the price we paid this hotel is very good value, less than £60 a night. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable and everything is kept in pretty good condition. It’s opposite a paid carpark and 5 minutes walk into town for shops and restaurant. The actual area isn’t 100% the best but everything about the Moxy was good, and the staff are friendly. I stayed for a 5 night trip and I had new towels every day, this was necessary as the bathroom flooded quite a bit when the...

"The apartment is in a home for elderly people, but that's no problem. It's very clean and it's nice to have a kitchen. Bathroom is very spacious. Wifi works fine. It's pleasant that you can walk from here to the city center, and your car is safe in the parking lot from the house. A small supermarket is very close to the apartment building, very convenient. "

"Tired, tiny and extremely basic room. Shower didn’t look clean. Breakfast was awful. Plates weren’t even provided for the roll and slice of brioche on offer."

"The hotel is starting to look a little worn. If you have trouble with stairs or have lots of luggage request a ground floor room. There is no lift. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean and there was sufficient space. Handy to places of interest and centre of town and train station. Nothing flash but at least 1 competent staff member and they are able to provide a breakfast box if you are leaving early."

Makes a very good base for exploring the Somme area. The breakfast was reasonably good - a standard continental type selection with boiled eggs and crepes available rather than a full cooked breakfast selection. "
